Introduction

Many investors in CIS-region securities (including Russia) —particularly those from Europe and the Americas—struggle with legal, financial, and procedural complexities regarding their investments (especially regarding Russian ADR's (depositary receipts). EAHCISS was founded to help.

EAHCISS is a non-profit association under Dutch law. We are dedicated to safeguarding the rights of investors in the CIS-region.
