   EAHCISS welcomes all investors (both institutional and private investors)
   
   

2. Do I have to live in the EU to become a member?
   No. Membership is open to individuals worldwide, regardless of residency or nationality.
   
   

3. What does membership cost?
   The annual membership fee is €30.
   
   

4. What do I get as a member?
   Members gain access to exclusive legal updates, how-to guides, expert contacts, event invitations, and opportunities to join collective actions.

📄 Investments & Conversions

6. I hold Russian ADRs—can I still convert them to ordinary shares?
   Not at the moment but we hope for conversion to be possible again soon. EAHCISS keeps members up to date with guidance on the latest procedures and legal options.
   
   

7. My broker won’t convert or transfer my securities. What can I do?
   Unfortunately, this is a common issue. We monitor such cases and collectively act against brokers or custodians acting unlawfully.
   
   

8. Can I still invest in Russian or CIS securities?
   Generally speaking, only Russia and Belarus have come under sanctions restrictions, while other CIS-markets remain fully available for investment. The regulatory environment is ever changing, so please join us to stay up-to-date. As there are still certain options open for investing, we aim to publish a guide to keep you fully informed.

    You can authorize a legal representative in Russia via a power of attorney. We connect members with trusted professionals for this purpose.
    
    

11. Can I take legal action if I’ve suffered financial loss due to sanctions or broker misconduct?
    Yes. EAHCISS supports members in identifying legal avenues, including collective claims.
